Incredible as it may seem, recent research suggests that those who are actively searching for the existence of ghosts are apparently the least likely to have a paranormal experience. And as we have commented on several occasions in the Esoteric and Paranormal World,  children  seem to be the most prone to experiencing supernatural manifestations , which suggests that adults develop some  kind of blocking mechanism as they mature. But leaving aside the theories, is it possible for anyone to be able to get evidence of the existence of ghosts in our reality?
We have been able to see it on several occasions, people who claim to have photographed a full-body ghostly entity. Like a trucker who recently claimed to have photographed the ghost of a drowned man wandering through an Irish tunnel at rush hour.
The ghost of the river Lee
Stephen Smyth was taking some pictures while traveling on the highway in Cork, Ireland with his co-worker George Furst. But, after checking one of the photographs, the two transporters discovered what they believe could be a ghostly figure.
“When we looked at the picture Stephen suddenly said to me: ‘What the hell is that?’ said Furst, 45. “I couldn’t believe my eyes, he looked like an old man wearing an old jacket walking through the road tunnel. Most surprisingly, it is a busy highway and he doesn’t seem to be looking behind him or paying attention to any of the cars. In fact, we must have passed through it right after the photograph was taken.”

The two transporters are convinced that the apparition could be someone who drowned in the River Lee, possibly from the  Edwardian era (1901/1910),  as the tunnel was built not long ago.
“The tunnel is not that old, so it is unlikely that it was someone who died in the tunnel,”  Furst said. “He looks like a butler, possibly from the Downton Abbey era, who left his country house, went for a walk and drowned in the river.”
Furst, who was born in Liverpool but has lived in Cork for the past eight years, added that he wanted to send the photo to his family to tell them he was close to England.
“I wanted to send them the photo to tell them I was coming back to Liverpool ,” Furst continued. “But once I saw the strange figure in the photo I realized that I had caught something a little more special. It was very strange the way the figure is seen clearly in front of my truck. It took me a few seconds to realize that it didn’t look like a human being, or we would have run over it.”

After the news was picked up by the main English media, social networks became a real buzz, where thousands of users offered their own theories. As in all these cases, the most believers were surprised by the ghostly appearance, while the skeptics believe that the ghostly figure  is nothing more than a reflection in the car window.
