Explaining the unusual choice, Elon Musk said on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, the name is a way of calling “the most amazing plane ever. “X” and “Æ” are used to represent represents “unknown variable” and “artificial intelligence, respectively.”
Elon Musk is currently busy with the Starship program, which aims to put the first steps on Mars before the end of the decade.
