Exmarine stationed in Cuba tells that he saw UFOs almost daily

“When I was standing guard on the south side of the base, I witnessed many UFOs, almost every night landing and taking off from the ocean.”
“There were big blue lights moving around after they landed in the ocean and then slowly dimmed as they obviously sank deeper.”
